At Midwinter, we want you to be completely satisfied with your seasonal wardrobe; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer of your choice.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
